There are many museums and historic sites along the Ohio River Scenic Byway. From ceramics to baseball, from plastic Legos to the most splendid manse of the gilded age – you’ll find a wildly diverse array of museums all along the winding road. The following selection includes 45 of the most popular heritage sites to explore on your Ohio River voyage.

Byway Location
At East Liverpool, take State Route 7 south through Wayne National Forest. Continue along State Route 7 to Portsmouth. Follow State Route 7/Highway 52 as it meanders across the southern part of the state. Follow Highway 50 to Cincinnati.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to preserve and promote the designated scenic route, and provide management of the scenic route by local jurisdiction along the corridor for long-term economic benefit and resource protection.
